So the staff does seriously care about people. Dr. O'Donnell and Anne Charoon are very kind, and very helpful. They have really helped me. I just wanted to say that all of the staff are kind and helpful. The reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because there is little room to breathe in the building. People need space, the place is not big enough. Even the staff are stressed due to the locked down conditions and all of the people. If there was more room for exercise and fitness of some kind there would be less trauma. There should be a means for outdoors and fresh air during hospitalization. The fact that patients do not have fresh air for such long periods of time is not a good thing. However as I said in the beginning the Staff are very kind and polite and they do care about the patients well being. Thank you, this review has been updated.
The staff was very kind and compassionate. They are accommodating to patients with physical disabilities and special dietary needs. The doctors are excellent as doctors go, the treatment really worked for me and the facility is very safe. It could be cleaner and I had trouble accessing my patient file after leaving, but other than that my experience was very good.
Staff is very engaged in the adolescent area (CICS) and the level of care is wonderful. Thank you!!!!
This place is okay; did the job. The therapist was very good, but some of the nurses were very mean to my child. Cost about $40k for a one week stay (before insurance).
This hospital saved my father's life. Every nurse and staff member my family dealt with was compassionate and caring. My Dad was suffering from post surgery delirium and this was the only hospital that offered us assistance. A nurse's aide was assigned to stay with my Dad 24/7 which was a huge relief to us considering his state of mind. My Dad has since fully recovered. I will forever be grateful to St. Clare's Boonton!
As of today, this place has the most compassionate, committed and caring professionals I have had access to in my long story of finding solutions for my son who has Autism and behavioral challenges. At first I was concern because of the ratings, but the nurses I spoke to during the intake process had the ability to answer all my questions and concerns in a very empathic manner. Thank you all, you are awesome! Mom
My autistic son 8 yrs old, was having behavioral issues at home. After staying 5 days at Saint Clare's he returned home very quiet and calm. Doctors found the right dosage of medication for his ADHD. During those days, my son was very well cared. I'm really glad my son was there, despite all the negative reviews other people have posted. -Juan
Doctors and staff were helpful. All the kids were kept up to date on homework and were able to work through their problems
